Terms and Conditions
Reservations:
In order to ensure availability, it is advised that reservations be made well in advance. Tour & Airport Transfer Prices: Tour and airport transfer prices are subject to change without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Deposits:
50% of the tour price is due upon booking. The final payment on day of departure. Bookings made within 10 days of the tour departure date must be accompanied by the full payment.
Cancellation Policy:
35 - 14 days prior to departure: 50% of tour (and not reservation)
13 - 7 days prior to departure: 100% of tour (and not reservation)
Credit Cards:
We accept all major credit cards.
Tour Price Exclusions:
Any tips and gratuities (left to individual discretion);
personal items (beverages, cigaresttes, telephone calls, lunch & dinner, room service, laundry and other extras).
